Desert Wildflowers

It doesn't happen every year, so I have to post some recent photos of one of my morning hikes.

Thanks to the abundance of rain (and snow!) in the desert this year, we have gorgeous wildflowers everywhere you turn.

It's a beautiful thing.

Thank you, Mother Nature.  We needed the rain!

They were just waiting for some rain! Lived in Arizona when I was young so I know that desert flowers are rare but beautiful.
