KidLit Authors for Oklahoma Disaster Relief

A week ago, a massive tornado leveled much of the city of Moore in Oklahoma. It demolished 2 elementary schools, killing innocent children. A total of 24 people died, but many more lost their homes and all of their possessions.  It was heartbreaking to watch the news and see all of the devastation.

This week, dozens of YA and MG authors have banned together to do what we can to help those affected by the tornado.  Many authors have donated signed books and swag while others have offered query and chapter critiques, among other things.

Details of how you can enter to win the giveaways and prize packs and help the people in Moore, Oklahoma, can be found at The Lucky 13s blog.  Click here.

Even if you can help by spreading the word on any of your social media sites, it would be most appreciated!  Every little bit helps.

Thank you!

There are several author groups helping, which is really cool.

Thanks for sharing, Liz. It was sad. Let me see what I can do to help spread the word on this worthy event...
