Back in the Groove

I asked Craig what would he rather do this morning before we get our day in gear: (1) Hike up Telegraph Pass or (2) Go for a run around Lakewood Parkway.  Sadly, he picked #2.  I'm not sure my body can handle a run after having done nothing except hang out in hospital rooms for the last couple of months.

Wish me (and my legs) some luck.

Have a great weekend!

P.S. Is anyone going to see that Jack Carter movie this weekend?  Or is it John Carter...Whatev.

Lol! I love that picture. I did a 10k on Thanksgiving and literally haven't run since...need to get back out there. Good luck this morning, it will feel great!

That's wonderful, Liz. Start slowly, perhaps.

No matter how fit I am, I always hate running. It's just a thing I have.

At health checkups I'm always told, "You must be really sporty, you're so healthy!" but truth is I hate exercise. haha

Best of luck! Here's to hoping you don't feel like that picture! :)

My kids are dying to see John Carter. It probably won't be this weekend, but soon!

Good Luck! I am sure that you are going to do fine.

I would probably get a heart attack if I decide to get any form of exercise right now.

Enjoy.

It is time to get back into shape here. I climbed the stairs of the car park (5th floor) the other day and thought I was going to wind up on the cement like your pic. UGH!!!

Love that photo!
Be careful with that running business, my friend. We just bought a treadmill and I hurt my knee the very first weekend! I think I just overdid it. I used to run until I gave it up for this networking, and now am trying to get back into some semblance of shape.
Wish me luck and I'll wish you some, too.
