Hot in the Kitchen: Free Recipes!

I was lucky enough to be asked to contribute my favorite Latin recipe to Gabriella Hewitt's Hot in the Kitchen cookbook this year, along with other authors including Caridad Pineiro, Josh Lanyon, M. Jules Aedin, Miranda Baker, and Louisa Bacio.

I contributed my fave sopapilla recipe, which happens to be easy, delish, and full of mouth-watering sugary goodness.  Others contributed their favorite appetizer, main course, even fave drink recipes.  Gabriella's Aztec Salsa recipe, by the way, is killer. And I mean that in a totally good way.  So, if you're needing a few new recipes this month to spice up your holiday table, check it out.

The best part?  Gabriella is offering the book free.  Click here to get your free download.  If you happen to make any of these dishes, please contact me.  I'd love to invite you on my blog to talk about it and don't forget to snap a pic or two of your yummy kitchen creation!

Free?!?! Well, I'm not a cook, not at all, but I'm going to take a look at this anyway & see if I can bring myself to make anything! I do so love Latin food.

I like hot food, but I'm a very bad cook, always trying to make it quick and easy. Poor kids >:D
